An animal “rescuer” in Utica, New York, allegedly walked away from the warehouse where dozens of homeless dogs were being held and now efforts are being made to find somewhere for them to go. According to WKTV News, Kim Strong, with Road to Home Rescue Support, was evicted from a warehouse on Broad Street
